Happy Exhausted Mother

Happy exhausted mother

It is perfectly normal to become a happily exhausted mother. Motherhood is the most beautiful profession in the world, and this cannot be denied. But while we devote all our time to our children, our jobs, and our responsibilities, we often forget one key thing — our own well-being.

We spend our days doing everything impossible and possible to ensure the well-being of others. We play with the baby, talk to our partner, prepare family meals, arrange the home, work to help with expenses, and much more.

Eventually, we find that we devote very little time to ourselves if we don’t count on the care of our personal hygiene. The woman who had not previously left home before spending hours in front of a mirror has now disappeared.

We don’t mind wearing the same jeans for many days in a tube or putting on the first clothes that hit our hands. We are also not bothered to change the time spent on makeup to take care of other things in the home.

Yes, life changes us radically, and reality doesn’t necessarily look the way you imagined it during your pregnancy.

Motherhood is one of the most beautiful stories. But still at the beginning of this story, you realize that you have to sacrifice a lot of things to see the future bear positive fruit.

Happy exhausted mom, it’s time to reassemble yourself

Every time we are asked about our new role as a mother, all the tough moments fill our thoughts. Yet the answer is always that you are happier than ever before. And that is the absolute truth.

When we are alone, we wonder how we could ever live without our children? Without those little people who are changing our whole world.

A child represents something inexplicable in life. He comes into your life to make you understand that there are certain things in life that are really important.

Some days are eternal and sometimes the nights end short. We don’t always even know what day of the week we live. Sometimes fatigue takes over and we just want to throw in the towel. But that’s the way life is. We experience emotions from one extreme to the other, and that’s perfectly normal.

In the beginning, we focus on the mysteries of raising a child and how a baby is cared for. Even changing the diaper can be an incredibly tough challenge. The days roll by and we begin to ask ourselves where we are, who we are, and how we can be inside me.

Of course, you no longer get the same kind of food peace you used to have. You can’t go to the bathroom alone or even make a call without having to announce you will call back later because the child needs you.

This is the reality of a happily exhausted mother. A woman who gives her all without expecting anything in return. A mother who no longer has to brush her hair to look good, even though she is dressing her children in the most comfortable clothes possible. It is you, the heroine, who does anything to grow the fruits of happiness.

Maternity from another perspective

When we become a mother, we get our hands on the most beautiful gift of all. We dedicate our entire lives to our child, and no one can make us change the way we think.

Little by little, however, you should look for a space for yourself where you can revitalize your soul. You have already survived the pregnancy process, during which you gave your all and learned what it means to be a mother. Stop for a moment and think for yourself – open the door that will allow you to rediscover yourself.

It is not wrong to do what we like. It allows us to think sometimes of something other than the child and the family, and that way we can continue to be stronger again. Exercise, listen to music or go for a walk with your friend. This is a recipe to help you fill yourself with positive energy.

Motherhood is wonderful. If you start to feel tired and feel the urge to leave everything to yourself, don’t forget to listen to your heart. Remember the things you experienced while your baby was still in your womb. Prepare to re-enjoy all those moments that will never be the same again as before.

And always remember that sometimes it’s perfectly normal to feel like a happily exhausted mother.
